仙台弁護士会法律相談センターでは、2022年10月1日から、外国人の方や外国が関係する法律問題をかかえている方のための法律相談及び弁護士紹介の窓口を設置しています。
As of October 1, 2022, Sendai Bar Association (SBA) is launching Legal Counseling Desk for Foreigners (Desk) to advise foreigners on legal matters, and to protect the rights of foreigners and those who are involved in foreign related matters.

渉外家族問題（離婚、親権、相続等）、交通事故、借金問題、労働問題、その他一般民商事、在留資格、難民認定、刑事事件
Counselings on
International family matters (divorce, custody, inheritance etc.), Traffic accident, Debt/Loan, Employment and other civil/commercial issue, Visa status, Recognition of refugee status, and Criminal case
相談申込
専用WEBフォーム(https://forms.gle/8TGP6W5euRWLbmCq9)又は、電子メール（ sendai-yoyaku@senben.org )（下の申込票をダウンロードして記入の上添付ファイルでお送りください。）、事前予約をお願いします（受付時の対応言語は日本語・英語のみ。）。受付完了後、相談担当弁護士からご連絡します（担当弁護士のスケジュール等により連絡が2，3日後になる場合があります）。
Application for counseling
Appointment in advance is required. Please contact the Desk by web forms (https://forms.gle/8TGP6W5euRWLbmCq9) or e-mail to sendai-yoyaku@senben.org by using the application form(download from the link below) in Japanese or English. After the Desk receives your request for counseling, you will be contacted by a lawyer whom the Desk assigns (it may take a few days until you are contacted dependent on the business calendar and availability of the lawyer). Please make an appointment of counseling with the lawyer.

相談場所
原則として担当弁護士の事務所になります（弁護士会館ではありません）。
Place of Counseling
Basically, at the office of the lawyer (not at SBA).
言語
日本語以外の言語での相談・打ち合わせを必要とされる場合、自身で通訳の手配をお願いします。
Language
If you need to use a language other than Japanese in the counseling, please arrange an interpreter by yourself.
相談料
初回30分まで5500円（税込）。超過した時間もしくは継続相談の料金、又は依頼される場合の着手金等は、担当弁護士にお尋ねください。
日本司法支援センターの法律相談援助が利用できる場合があります（同センターの条件によります）。
Counseling Fees
¥5,500 for the first 30 minutes counseling session (including consumption tax)
For overtime or continued consultation fees, or retainer fees when you wish to retain the lawyer, please inquire of the lawyer.
You may be entitled to free legal counseling aided by Japan Legal Support Center (Hou-terasu) in certain cases subject to the terms and conditions of Hou-terasu.
